Dedicated To Excellence In Education
We hope that everyone enjoyed the Spring Break and that we are ready to tackle the last leg of the school year! There are just 37 days left, but a lot of work still needs to be done.
6th grade will begin State testing this week. Students may bring in earbuds for testing, but no wireless earbuds are permitted. ALL Cell phones must be turned in to the teacher or locked in a locker prior to testing. There are no exceptions to this rule. If a student has a cell phone is in the testing environment that is not checked in, we will have a testing violation and the students will have to retake the assessment. Students will be responsible for missed work if they need to retake the MCAP assessment.
7th grade testing is scheduled for May 1st-May 8th and 8th grade testing is scheduled for May 9th-May 16th. We ask that all students be on time each day by arriving no later than 7:40. Attendance during the testing window is crucial as all students are required to complete the testing.
