Important Survey for Parents
Chipman families, please take a moment to complete the brief survey below as soon as you can. This survey link is Chipman specific and is the same one sent in our message to families this afternoon.
Please know that we are continuing to work diligently on how best to support our students during this school closure in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. During this two-week closure we have been planning for the continuity of learning in the event that the closure is extended beyond Friday. As soon as we hear from State officials with new information on any extended closure, we will be sharing it with our entire school community.
As part of our planning, we want to make sure each student has quality instructional resources to utilize, and we recognize that many families may not have the ability to access online resources. We are surveying families so that we know how we can best support your student during this time. Your answers to the very brief survey below will provide us with that information. Thanks in advance for responding to the survey as soon as possible, and to helping us better meet the needs of all our students.
It is important that students continue to stay engaged with learning and we encourage you to utilize resources available to you through materials your child brought home from school or materials you can access online. We encourage you to follow our Facebook page, WCPS: Learning Links, for learning ideas for all age levels. Your child’s school Facebook page may also be posting learning ideas and videos.
Wicomico Schools is continuing to provide free meal bundles for pickup 12-1 p.m. weekdays at numerous school and community locations. Please check our website or Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages for the latest on locations.
In the event that you have questions, please call or email our central office at 410-677-4400 or email@example.com. Your phone messages and emails will be answered as promptly as possible by staff. Remember: Please stay home if you can, limiting trips to what is essential and avoiding gatherings of 10 or more people. Stay safe and we hope to see you soon.
