April 12 Pre-registration Deadline to Give Public Comment during April 13 Hybrid Board of Education Meeting
The next monthly Board of Education meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 13. The Board will convene and immediately vote to go into closed session. The open portion of the meeting will begin at about 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in a hybrid virtual format with only Board members and a few staff members in the Board auditorium, due to the Board meeting room capacity and the need for physical distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines. Others will view or participate in the meeting on Zoom.
Zoom connectivity details are provided a few days before each Board meeting. For the April 13 Board meeting, the details are:

The meeting will be livestreamed and will be viewable after the meeting, indexed to the agenda. A link will be provided to the agenda once it is posted. Many Board meetings also air later on PAC 14.
Public comment via Zoom is welcome at monthly Board meetings. Please pre-register by 3 p.m. the day before a meeting by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The pre-registration deadline for the April 13 Board meeting is 3 p.m. Monday, April 12. During this hybrid virtual Board meeting, up to 10 people may give public comments on Zoom of no more than 3 minutes each.
