JMB Week of December 3rd
Good Evening Clippers,
This week, we begin our winter sports season contests. Next week, we will hold several concerts. Please note that these dates will be sent via email.\
JMB is looking to supply holiday foods for school families that may be in need this season. If your family or if you know of another JMB family that is in need, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 410-677-5141. All nominations for this are confidential and the family will not know that you put their name forward. With the help of our local foodbank and donations, we can ensure that no JMB family goes hungry this holiday season.
A huge shout out goes to Mrs. Jen Campbell, Mrs. Deb Sebach, and Mrs. Trisha Pippin for their work with making sure that we have all seniors with yearbook formal photos. This is much appreciated.
Kudos to our band and cheerleaders for their efforts at the Jaycees Holiday Parade held on Sunday.
101.7 FM appeared during our JMB lunches this past Friday to promote school attendance. JMB needs to continue to raise our attendance as a whole. At the start of term 3, we will begin a DANCE to 90 campaign and bring them back for students that are able to attend school 90% or more during term 3. Do you want to be part of the this assembly? Parents, we need your help.
We have 14 days before the holiday break. Please encourage students to arrive to school and class on time, do their best in their academic work, and study for tests. Now is a critical time to work on grades in term 2. If we work together to notice positive academic effort, respectful behavior, and help one another, the days before our holiday break will go by much smoother.
