If students are borrowing a cap and gown and want to get a tassel, they will be available tomorrow from Jostens for $15.
If students are being picked up, they need to be picked up no later than 1:30. Seniors should keep in mind that appropriate behavior is expected so as not to jeopardize walking at graduation.
It is supposed to be a hot day tomorrow. Students should be dressing casual and cool with sunscreen. Tomorrow’s school spirit day is college or career t-shirt. Students are welcome to bring a lawn chair or beach towel to relax on while enjoying lunch and ice cream. Throughout the morning we will have a DJ playing with door prizes. Be sure to come out and add to the fun.
Then start at 5:30 tomorrow evening out senior awards event will be taking place. The senior awards has had many transitions during the planning process because of the changes to restriction. We are excited to have an in-person event, but it is not the complete tradition senior awards because of all the transition. This event is a general admission with students able to bring 4 guests. Masks are required. Since it has been a while since we have been together, please remember kindness matters and the focus of the day is on the Class of 2021.
I look forward to seeing everyone.
