Parent Message 2-7

Good evening, Clipper families.  This is Principal Savage with your weekly message.

Well, it is official we have finished one semester and have moved into the second half of the school year.  If you have not reviewed your child’s report card, please take time to review grades with your student. report cards.JPG

With the 2nd semester underway students will have the opportunity to pick up 2nd semester textbooks this 9-11 and from 1-3, this coming Wednesday.  Teachers will share with students if they need to come pick-up a textbook.

As we begin this week teachers are back in the building to get ready for the students’ hybrid return on the 16th.  There was a special message that went out last Monday to students who are returning in person and there will be another one that goes out this Monday.  These extra messages are designed to give students returning all the information needed to have a great transition.  At this time, any additional requests to attend in person from this point forward will be reviewed on a case by case bases to determine whether transportation and classroom spacing are available.

Just for your information…though students will be returning to the building, visitors and parents will not be able to enter the building.  This is to help ensure your safety as well as the safety of the students.  Our office staff will greet those of you who need to come to building in the front of the school or in the vestibule area.  The more we can reduce the traffic the better.

Anyone interested in Even High School, registration begins next week.  Check out the flyer attached.  Now is a good time to make up class that were failed during the first semester. EHS Registration Flyer 20-21.doc

Though we may be settling into the routine of school don’t forget we have a lot happening outside the classroom so be sure to check out the weekly bulletin, so you don’t miss out. JMB Weekly Bulletin 2-5-2021 update.pdf

Thank you and have a great evening.
