Updated message for All Wicomico School System families and staff on Events Today at Parkside High:
This is an update for all Wicomico school families from Wicomico County Public Schools, on today’s bomb threat at Parkside High School. The school was evacuated following today’s bomb threat. In close collaboration with law enforcement, the school and grounds were thoroughly searched. The school was cleared to reopen shortly before the end of the school day. Parkside dismissed at the usual time and after-school activities continue as scheduled.
We will continue to work closely with law enforcement on this investigation. We’d like to thank everyone for their understanding during the difficult circumstances today. We are committed to keeping student safety our highest priority, and to keeping our school families and community informed of circumstances like these. Thank you.

This is a message from Wicomico County Public Schools. We are aware of a bomb threat at Parkside High School today, Friday January 15th. The school has been evacuated and we are cooperating with law enforcement on the investigation. We are handling this matter with the safety of students and staff as our highest priority. An update message will come as soon as possible. Updates will also be provided on our website, social media, and through the news media. Thank you.

This is an update from Wicomico County Public Schools for Parkside High School families due to today’s bomb threat. The school has been throroughly searched and has been cleared to reopen. Students and staff are returning to the school. Students who were signed out already may return to school to collect their belongings. School will dismiss at the usual time and after-school activities will continue as scheduled. We continue to work closely with law enforcement on this investigation.
