Nancy Guillemart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Asbury University and a Master’s degree in History from the University of Kentucky. She enjoyed teaching middle school social studies for 14 years, as well as Advanced Placement Psychology for 8 years. In 2012 and 2016, Wicomico county honored Ms. Guillemart as Mardela Middle and High School’s teacher of the year and a semi-finalist in the county. During this time, Ms. Guillemart mentored new teachers for 5 years and Salisbury University awarded her the Salisbury University Marchan Ball Mentor Teacher and Co-Teacher of the Year Award in 2012. As part of her desire to develop excellent teachers, Ms. Guillemart was an adjunct professor in the education department at Salisbury University in 2015 and 2016. Ms. Guillemart most recently served as Assistant Principal at Salisbury Middle School from 2016-2018 and is currently proud to join Pittsville Elementary and Middle School as its Assistant Principal. Ms. Guillemart resides in Cambridge, MD and enjoys boating, travel, and gardening.
Kris Gosnell received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s Degree in School Administration from Salisbury University. She began her career in education as a 5th grade teacher at Fruitland Intermediate and later taught 3rd grade at Fruitland Primary School. Mrs. Gosnell served as the Assistant Principal of East Salisbury School from July 1999-June 2004 and as the Assistant Principal of Fruitland Intermediate School from July 2004-December 2004. She served as the Principal of Fruitland Intermediate School from January 2005-June 2010, Principal of Westside Primary School from July 2010-June 2016, and Principal of Salisbury Middle School from July 2016-June 2019. Mrs. Gosnell is currently the Principal of Pittsville Elementary and Middle School. She resides in Salisbury with her husband, Lee, and daughter, Karli.
