Free and Reduced Meals
Free and Reduced Meal (FARMs) applications are available for households who wish to apply and are accepted at any point during the school year. Students may qualify for free or reduced-price meals based on household size and income. Students who reside with household members who receive SNAP, TCA, TANF, or FDPIR benefits may also qualify. Paper applications are available at your student’s school office.
The following students qualify for free meals:
- Foster children
- Students certified as homeless or runaway
- Students currently enrolled in the Head Start program
- Students in households receiving SNAP, TANF, TCA, or FDPIR benefits
Additionally, students may qualify for Free or Reduced priced meals based on household size and income.
A letter notice will be sent home with your student if you are approved for meal benefits or do not qualify for meal benefits.
Applications can also be submitted online HERE. Access it on your computer or smartphone. All online applications are processed within 24 hours. Paper applications may take up to a week to complete.
