RETURNING FROM LEAVE OF ABSENCE
-
Process for Returning from a Leave of Absence:
If your absence was due to a personal illness or injury, a medical release from your health care provider stating that you may Return to Full Duty with no restrictions is required prior to returning from leave. Submit a copy of the medical release to your Principal or Supervisor and the Benefits Office in Human Resources.
If the doctor indicates that you may return to work with restrictions, submit the doctor's note to the Benefits Office in Human Resources for approval. Approval by the Human Resource Department is required prior to returning from leave.
Notify your Kronos time editor and the Benefits Office at Ext. 65316 (410.677.4595) of your return from a leave of absence.
