Consistent Attire Program
CAP UPDATE. The Board of Education at its monthly meeting held on March 12, 2013 approved the continuation for 2013-14 of the Consistent Attire Program (CAP) at eight of the elementary locations that piloted CAP this year: Charles H. Chipman, Delmar, North Salisbury, Pemberton, Pinehurst, Prince Street, Wicomico Early Learning Center (WELC), and West Salisbury. All eight met the requirement in the policy of having 70% of families respond to a survey, and 60% of respondents in favor of CAP. Survey results from the ninth pilot location, Beaver Run Elementary, will be reviewed prior to a Board vote in April. CAP Presentation to Board 3/12/13
