Nature's Fury

Look at the pictures below that represent different forms of the fury that nature can place upon us.  You can view a larger image by clicking directly on the picture.  After you have had time to look at the pictures and study them, choose one that seems to jump out at you.  If one doesn't jump out at you then pick the one that you like the best.  Study the picture some more and think of several words that describe the picture and how it makes you feel.  What kind of mood do you think the picture represents?  What do you find exciting/unusual/mysterious about the picture.  How does the picture make you feel and what about it makes you feel that way?

Your task:  Write one or two paragraphs that describe the picture and its mood.  Be sure to use plenty of descriptive language in your writing.
