Students may be eligible for this monthly award if they demonstrate the following traits:
fostering an attitude of respectfulness in the home and elsewhere
being willing to accept a share of the work to be done
refraining from interrupting a conversation and talking during programs and assemblies
using the appropriate title when addressing parents, teachers, and persons in authority, being courteous and friendly
