| Press Release: The Sports Boosters would like to congratulate all of the winter sports teams on another fine winter sports season. All your efforts and successes have brought a tremendous amount of pride back to Parkside. Thank you! Spring brings plenty of work for the Boosters club. First, we want to announce that our varsity sports fields will be enhanced with brand new scoreboards in early April 2008. This was made possible through the hard work of many booster members. A special thank you goes out to Andy Hall, Mike Bievenour, Brian Hollamon & Bill McCain for all that they have done to bring this project through to completion. Second, we are sponsoring a new event on April 12, 2008, The Spring Fling- A Taste of Salisbury! Dinner will be presented by local restaurants, entertainment will be provided by Marshal Manlove the hypnotist and Dance til Dawn will be spinning the tunes for dancing. There will also be many interesting items in our silent and Chinese auctions. As you can see, this is an event you won’t want to miss! Come and join us for a great evening of fun and support the athletic programs at the same time. Tickets ($25/person OR $45/couple) go on sale March 12th, Check the website, call the school or email tdelaney@wcboe.org/ etilghma@wcboe.org for more information. We will also have the concession stand open for the spring sports events. Our next 2 meetings are scheduled for March 11th and March 27th @6:30 in the Media Center.
