A handbook offers a set of conditions under which a group can and will operate smoothly.  Rather than providing lists "Do's" and "Don'ts", this handbook informs you of policy-- who we are, why we are, how we treat each other and what we have, how we use our time together, and how we will be managed.  This handbook is provided to you so that all of this information is "laid out on the table" and our mode of operations is responsible, constructive, and predictable.
