Delmar Elementary School utilizes the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program.  PAWS is a school-wide PBIS program.  Students are encouraged to demonstrate PAWS on a daily basis.  As students go above and beyond the PAWS code they are rewarded with a PAWS card.  These cards are put into a can for prize drawings.  Students then use the tickets to "buy" prizes from the PAWS Treasure Box.
