Deborah Emge is a graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, certification in Special Education and a Master's in Administration. She taught for many years at Pinehurst before becoming an administrator. She is starting her seveth year as Principal at Chipman. Mrs. Emge loves reading, all types of music and her pets. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and her daughter-in-law.  

Maria Marshall graduated from Sojourner-Douglass College in 2001 as class Valedictorian with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She studied for her Master's Degree at Wilmington College, and graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a concentration in Educational Leadership. She is a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church, Mardela Springs, MD where she serves as Chairperson of the Administrative Board. In her spare time she enjoys reading,traveling to cheerleading competitions with her daughter and spending time with family - especially her 2 grandsons.
