  July 6th             Day 1
The first day of the Diary of a River Summer Center for Gifted and Talented students was a great day! From North Salisbury Elementary, we traveled to Pemberton Historical Park and used GPS units to navigate to prime water testing locations. Then back to North Salisbury to learn the finer points of using the ArcView GIS (Global Information Systems) program to map locations where we identified pollution.
