Bud Elzey
Bud has a masters of education and bachelor of science degree from Salisbury University. During the past thirty years Bud has been a teacher, administrator, coach and facilitator. He has learned the value if teamwork through his participation on many teams and was inducted into the Maryland Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame. His creativity, initiative and leadership helped develop programs that have benefited people of all ages. He has presented programs throughout the USA and Canada.
Harlan Eagle
Harlan holds a doctorate in education from the University of Maryland, a masters of science from Indiana University, and a bachelors of science from the University of Delaware. He has been involved in experiential education since 1981. Harlan is a teacher, camp director, coach, athletic trainer, parent and facilitator. A survivor of two marathons, he definitely knows the value of setting a goal and challenging himself.
Scott Taylor
Scott holds a bachelors of science from Salisbury University and is pursuing his masters degree. He has been with Beyond the Limits since 1996 and was one of the first student teachers at BTL. He is a high school soccer and softball coach and was named coach of the year in his region for women's soccer for the 2000-2001 school year. Scott is also an active outdoor leader where he has lead Appalachian Trail hikes and adventure bike trips as well as week long challenge course experiences.
