Notice about Maryland Summer Centers for Gifted and Talented Education

The Maryland General Assembly did not fund the Maryland Summer Centers for Gifted and Talented Education for summer 2010. The Summer Centers for environmental and historical research that have been based in Salisbury will not be held this year. A few of the Summer Centers, including the environmental center at Horn Point, have obtained private backing in order to operate in 2010.
