May 1 - June 13 Open enrollment is the one time of year that an eligible employee not currently enrolled may join the plan, and those already enrolled may make changes to their coverage and add or delete dependents. Any changes made will become effective September 1, 2008. Benefits Fairs - Three (3) informational benefits fairs will held during the open enrollment period. Each will be held in the auditorium at the central office on the dates below from 3:30 until 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 13th Wednesday, May 28th Thursday, June 5th Employees will be able to obtain information and forms, and enroll or make changes. The representative for the 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity and Long Term Disability Insurance along with HR staff will be available to answer questions.
