WELCOME TO TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Technology Services is a division operated under the Facility Service Department for the Board of Education. Here we maintain the county-wide computer and voice network and provide extensive technical support to all county personnel.

Our computer Help Desk provides on-line support while our field Tech-Specialists provide local hands-on first level support.  County wide we maintain over 5300 desktop and laptop computers and an array of networks, hardware and communication systems.

We follow the County Technology Plan to insure our equipment is maintained and is upgraded regularly in order to keep our schools, Administration and Central offices operating with the best technology we have available. We strive to be customer oriented and all of our technicians work very hard to keep our networks, servers, programs and connectivity available and ready for use at all times. Our focus is to provide quick, accurate and friendly service to all County personnel.
