Here at Tech Services we maintain a full time service desk supported by capable and competent staff who are always ready to help you with your computer and network problems. You can contact us by e-mail at helpdesk@wcboe.org or by calling us from within the WCBOE phone system at ext 4357.
Our normal work hours are from 7:30 till 5:00 Monday - Friday.

Location Of Technology Services:
Our offices are located within the Facility Services compound. The entrance to the compound is at 900 Mount Hermon Road. Enter the driveway through the chain link fence. After you pass the print shop and facilities warehouse on the left our building is the portable on the right side. You will see the shiny handicap ramp leading to our door.
